EXCESS USE ADVICE
We will send you a SMS when you get to 80% and 100% of your call, data or SMS allowance. When you get to 100% you will be charged for excess calls, data and text at the rates listed against your plan above. Your plan allowances will reset at midnight on the 27th of each month. You have the option of upgrading your plan or re starting the service at months end. Due to the timing delay with how Carrier Call records are delivered to us (up to 5 days behind for domestic calls and up to 8 weeks delay on International Roaming Charges), this means we can limit but not fully prevent excess call charges.
Note International Roaming data is expensive. Many smart phones and tablet devices use data while switched on, even if you are not using email or downloading from the internet. It is our recommendation that you use a WIFI network while overseas and switch 3G data off until you return to Australia to avoid higher than expected charges.

Things you should know: 1. $19 Fleet Plan: Total minimum cost over 24 months $456 Inc GST: $29 Fleet Plan Total minimum cost over 24 months $696 Inc GST: $49 Fleet Plan Total minimum cost over 24 months $1176 Inc GST: $79 Fleet Plan Total minimum cost over 24 months $1896 Inc GST 2. Early Termination Fee applies and is equal to minimum monthly commitment x months remaining in your contract. 3. Minimum Monthly Plan Spend Requirements will apply to each Active and Suspended customer on a pro-rata basis. Plan Spend Requirements and Spend Limits will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using all National, Mobile SMS, WAP Data and Surepage messages, but will exclude all charges relating to: All International calls / International Roaming; Calls to Special Numbers (1900 etc); Premium SMS; Optus Zoo Services; Horizon Content. Unused Plan Spend cannot be carried over to subsequent months. 4. We reserve the right to automatically cancel activated service numbers which have been zero-tolling in excess of 3 months consecutively. In this case any charges paid in Advance will be refunded on a Pro rata basis less any early termination fees if applicable. 5. All prices are quoted inclusive of GST. 6. Mobile Fair Use Policy applies 7. Customers usage on these plans will be limited at no greater than the specific Plan Minimum Spend each month ('Plan Spend') for usage up to the 'Plan Limit' value, subject to excluded call types. 8. Fleet value applies, once Fleet value is reached, standard call rates apply. 9. When overseas, International Roaming usage charges apply for voice and data services (for charges refer to www.optus.com.au/International). Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please refer to list of countries supported on www.optus.com.au/international 10. The Optus mobile network is not available everywhere. To check coverage visit www.optus.com.au/coverage. 11. Optus Coverage Disclaimer: You will require a dual band 2100/900MHz compatible device to access the Optus dual band network. Please note that not all products and services are available in all locations of the coverage area. To confirm coverage availability, you can contact our Customer Service team. When within a dual band area your call or data session may lose access the GSM/GPRS network is your handset supports 900MHz. As with any network, based radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with mobile reception within coverage areas – e.g. inside concrete buildings, lift wells, basements tunnels, road cuttings. High rise buildings may also suffer degradation of service.
