Calls are charged in 1 second increments except for $Zero Mobile which is charged in 30 Second Blocks.

OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This offer is subject to the General Terms and Conditions Stand Form of Agreement and is subject to credit approval.

2. All prices and information are subject to change.

3. Any equipment provided as part of a 24 Month agreement or Mobile Payment plan will remain the property of Telaustralia until the completion of the plan and/or all mobile payments are completed.

4. All equipment is supplied with a standard manufacturers warranty.

5. Only ABN holders may apply.

6. You will be charged your minimum call committment even if you use less than your minimum monthly commitment.

7. Unused call spend is forfeited from month to month.

8. Minimum monthly call spends cannot be reduced during the minimum term agreement period.

9. Eligible call types include Standard Voice calls to other mobiles or landlines made within Australia, SMS, MMS, Voice Mail and GPRS data but excludes 19 prefixes, 12 prefixes, satellite calls, Global services and any form of International Roaming.

10. Early Termination charges will apply for early termination of your Telaustralia mobile or fleet plan contract. The sum will be equivalent to the minimum monthly spend multiplied by the number of months remaining.

11. Early Termination charges are in addition to any outstanding mobile handset or equipment payments and any call & service costs which have been incurred prior to the termination date. Any remaining outstanding handset payments will be due and payabale on termination.

12. Only Calls billed for that month are included in the minimum monthly spend calculation. Certain call types such as International Roaming can take up to 3 months to appear on your bill.

13. For Fleet Calls landlines must be pre selected to telaustralia for full service which means Line Rental Local, F2M and International calls for the full term of the agreement.

14. International roaming calls of any form will not attract fleet rates.

15. All prices shown include GST.

16. You must accept full risk and responsibility for your use of this service and any charges incurred as a result of normal use, neglect or misuse.

17. Telaustralia reserves the right to reject applications for this product and or change conditions and or prices at any time.
