IMPORTANT NOTE IN REGARD OUT OF AREA NUMBERING - An out of area number will affect the cost of calls to and from the service. Calls will be charged as if you are located in the area normally associated with that number; and You may not be able to port this number to another provider because that provider may not be willing to accept the out of area number on their network.
