ISDN 10 ISDN 20 ISDN 30  BUSINESS DIGITAL TELEPHONE LINES FOR LARGER BUSINESS

ISDN is a digital telephone line that is primarliy used for Business telephones.

ISDN comes in two basic configurations.

ISDN 2 DIGITAL LINES

ISDN 2 which is suitable for Business that require 2 or multiples of 2 phone lines. eg 2 4 6 or 8 phone lines.

New ISDN 2 Connections have a lead time of 7-15 working days so it is important you provide us with as much lead time as possible to allow for a smooth transition.

Please note our ISDN 2 lines are not suitable for ISDN data calls at this stage as our wholesale charges are too high. If you require cheap ISDN data charges please call us to discuss your needs and we may be able to steer you towards an appropriate ISDN provider.

ISDN 10/20/30 DIGITAL LINES

The next size up is ISDN 10/20/30 which has a larger pipe allowing for multiples of 10 lines each. The ISDN 10 pipe is the same size as the ISDN 30 Pipe except we only activate 10 of the lines, making it very easy to upgrade if your business is growing.

INDIAL NUMBER RANGE DDI DIRECT DIAL IN DIRECT INDIAL

A Multiple Number InDial Range allow you to have more phone numbers than lines. On a ISDN 2 you can have up to 6 numbers. On ISDN 102030 you can have Indial Ranges of 100 numbers and up to 3 X 100 Number Indial ranges on ISDN 30.

With Direct Indial, every extension or department can be allocated a unique telephone number for callers to bypass reception and dial direct.  Indial numbers can be set up to ring at different destinations for day or night service.

And because DDI Direct Indial can be used to measure the volume and source of incoming calls, your company can monitor the effectiveness of your advertising by allocating different terminating numbers to each campaign eg a differant number in your print or television commercials to measure the most effective media method.

WHAT IS ISDN 102030 ?  ISDN 10, ISDN 20 ISDN 30 – A PREMIUM DIGITAL BUSINESS PHONE LINE

ISDN 10 20 30 is a Primary Rate PRA Digital ISDN service whereas ISDN 2 is a Basic Rate Service. A ISDN Business Phone Line is a digital service that provides enhanced functionality via Digital Transmission and can re place conventional analogue telephone lines. It is available in configurations of 2, 10, 20 or 30 channels. ISDN 10/20/30 Business Phones can provide up to 30 x 64kbps channels making it suitable for small or large applications.
